Most tools on NexLove Hub — including Merge, Split, Rotate, Delete Pages, Reorder Pages, Add Page Numbers, Watermark, Compress, Unlock, and JPG to PDF — process your files entirely within your own web browser. These files are never transmitted to our servers and are not stored, viewed, or accessed by us in any way.
Certain advanced tools (such as document format conversions, OCR, AI summarization, and translation) require temporary server-side processing. For these tools:
- Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection and stored only in temporary storage.
- Files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after processing is complete, and in any case no later than a few hours after upload.

- A maximum file size limit (50MB per file) is enforced to keep the Service fast and secure for everyone.
