These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexLove Hub (the "Service"), available at nexlovehub.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
NexLove Hub provides free, browser-based and server-assisted tools for managing, editing, and converting PDF and other document files. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for lawful personal and business use.
2. No account required
The Service does not require you to register an account, provide an email address, or log in. You are responsible for the files you choose to process using the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NexLove Hub to:
- Upload, process, or distribute files that are illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that you do not have the right to use;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure;
- Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users;
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying code without permission.
4. File ownership and content
You retain full ownership of any files you upload or process using NexLove Hub. We do not claim any rights over your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, browser-based tools never transmit your files to our servers, and any temporary server-side processing is automatically deleted after completion.
5. File size and usage limits
To keep the Service fast and available to everyone, we may apply limits such as a maximum file size of 50MB per file, rate limits on requests, and limits on the number of files processed per session. These limits may change at our discretion without notice.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that file formatting will be perfectly preserved in every case, or that the Service will be available without interruption.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexLove Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of any files you process.
8. Third-party advertising
NexLove Hub may display advertisements provided by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are governed by the advertiser's own terms and policies.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where NexLove Hub operates.
